  (5 customer reviews)

Tubular, crimson-red blooms almost glow like a beacon to hummingbirds and butterflies as they decorate your sunny spaces. Flowers in profusion from June to September. Product Details
Zones: 4-9
Height: 16-18"
Spacing: 16-18"
Depth: Plant at the same depth it is in the pot.
Spread: 16-18"
Sun/Shade: full sun-partial shade
Color: ruby red with a white throat
Foliage: Narrow, glossy dark green foliage
Blooms: Mid to late summer
Comments: Great new perennial strain developed from a cross between a Mexican and a U.S. species. This compact growing pentemon is quite durable, has handled winter temperatures as low as -13 degrees F, and doesn't seem to suffer in the summer's heat and humidity. Because of its low maintainance and compact growth habit, it is a good choice for container gardening.
