The large, showy blooms of German Irises come in a stunning assortment of color combinations— all guaranteed to bring bright beauty to your springtime garden and cut-flower arrangements. Sword-like fans of foliage remain attractive all season. Carefree plants grow 28-38 in. tall in full sun or partial shade. Must be planted in fall for spring blooming. Bareroot. Zones 4-9.

Depth: Dig a shalow hole 2-4" deep and twice as wide as the rhizome. Place the rhizome on a small mound in the middle of this hole and spread the roots. Fill the hole with soil, but only partially cover the rhizome. Water thoroughly

Color: Amoena style iris with unusual coloration; silvery white streaks splashed across grayish-tan standards and dark grape falls
