Pathetic specimen
Reviewed By: Sandy  (Danville, KY)
I just received my plant in the mail and it is the most pitiful looking specimen I have ever seen. I won't be ordering from this company again.

Don't give up

All bare roots look pitiful. I have had some fail and Gurney has always replaced, no questions asked. I rate then top notch. I ordered 6 and they came through looking a little weather beaten, planted them, but they did not weather good. Gurney's has replaced them all.

ragedy bare root
Reviewed By: Daisy (Bellevue, WA)
I ordered some bare roots and the poor little things looks so ragedy however if you plant them asap after you get your shipment, they should pull through with a little tlc. I mail ordered from a couple different co's and they all looked just as bad as the next but I am happy to report that there was only one casualty - all the others pulled through!
