This gourmet garlic is famous for its pleasantly hot and spicy bite. Perfect for colder climates, this large hardneck variety has a blushed pink-red color and is easy to peel. Approx. 7-10 cloves per bulb.

Depth: Divide bulbs into cloves and set 1-2 inches deep; plant flat side down.

Fruit: Each bulb contains 7-10 thin-skinned, pink-streaked cloves that are easy to peel.
Comments: Gourmet best-seller! Superb classic rich flavor. Easy-to-peel. Keeps well, 4-6 months. Large brown-red cloves (8-12 per bulb). Outer wrapper varies, cream to deep purple stripes. During curing many bulbs lose their stems.
