Davis (Columbus, Ga.) I want everyone to know how wonderful my trees are. They are unbelievable, great looking, and for the first time in three years of growth they ALL have fruit. Lime tree, lemon tree, and orange tree, I winterize them in my garage and in early spring I put them in the kitchen with a southern sunshine. Against my wife's wishes. But she let me anyway. The kitchen smelled wonderful with the flowers blooming. Can't help but show everyone who visits my beautiful Citrus farm. Thanks for the wonderful trees. I think I am a citrus farmer now. True they are small when you get them. But the get bigger and better with a little care. Thanks, Willie T. They where very small when I got them but after one summer the plants are now 3 - 4 ft tall, very healthy Plants. the Lime tree, lemon tree, and orange tree, smelled wonderful with the flowers blooming. Thanks for the wonderful trees. True they are small when you get them. But they grow very quickly with a little care, repot and progressively repot in bigger pots as they grow, use a good citrus type fertilizer, Thanks again for the great offer. - Tuesday, June 07, 2011mayer lemon Reviewed By: Belen Delosh (Long island New York, NY) I bought a Mayer Lemon last year. I am very impressed with it. when i received it it's got one flower that turned into a lemon . Very fascinating to see it really. But what really impressed me more is that I took it out a bit too early ( frost is not over yet) . i did not expect it to survive but behold it did survived ( with vengeance) so now it is June 7 and I am seeing more new leaves and FLOWERS . I counted 10 which potentially will become lemon. The plant which originally is 3-4 inches long is now 8 inches . so happy I am that i just order a lemon and tangerine . I originally bought one item the Mayer lemon just to find out how good is gurney product is . I have been turned off twice already from other source that it makes me wary but this time I am putting gurney on my book mark so I won't forget where to buy plants. My take on gardening is to buy a good plant to begin with and follow instruction on how to plant and learn the day to day maintenance. The price is also the most reasonable. Read More Reviews |
