Almost too pretty to eat!

These colorful carrots grew great with very little maitenance. They taste great and also keep well - it is Febuary and I still have some in the basement. The colors enticed even my 3 boys to eat, raw or cooked. I canned many and they are so pretty, I have a jar in my kitchen just for decoration!

Grew these in windowboxes on my deck railing. Easy to grow - I'm a complete novice - and very tasty. And yes, my rabbit loves the tops too.

Loved the colors!

These carrots grew well, and I got a great crop of multi colored carrots. They look great on a vegetable tray, but looked stunning after steaming and put on the dinner plate. I found all the varieties to taste great either raw or steamed.
