Wow! What a star! Big, beautiful, golden heads of yummy cauliflower! Held well on the plants till we could eat it all. Best cauliflower I have ever grown and NO BLANCHING needed!

We planted an 80' row next to my 80' row of broccoli. Germination and growth was slightly weaker than the broccoli, but once you kept the weeds down for a few weeks and they got growing then you really didn't need to worry about them. Big heads with the cheddar yellow color to them. Nice flavor. We broke them in chunks along with broccoli and steamed them to eat them. We also steamed some and froze them for the winter. Will plant again.
