Struggling with plants

I've lost 3 out of 6 plants. I am trying to nurse the others along. I have a watering system in my arbor. I just can't seam to get them to grow very fast or produce very well. Remaining plants are 2 years old. I actually replaced one of the plants with a rubel blueberry and it seems to be doing better than the other remaining three.
