Depth: 1"
Sun/Shade: full sun
Days To Maturity: 50 days
Comments: A market leader for years. Early and prolific as long as it is kept picked. Best know for high yields. Widely adaptable. Multipik has the precocious gene for early color, even on the stem. This gene also masks the symptoms of cucumber mosaic virus and watermelon II virus that can turn yellow squash green. Smooth bright yellow fruit are what most markets demand, either picked early as a mini-vegetable or later as market size. Very high yielding straightneck hybrid squash of excellent quality. Precocious yellow straightneck with an elongated medium bulb. Vigorous plant with bush habit.

Best Summer Squash Ever
Reviewed By: Chris Pohorence (Victor, NY)
This Summer Squash outproduces any I have grown. I put in only 2 hills and had enough to feed my family of 6, share with friends and sell in our local farmers market all summer. Produces beyond expectations even with our summer of extreme weather, heat and rain. Can't recommend this one enough!

Great taste and an excellent producer. Ten adults have had all the squash they want to eat plus I have sold over a 150 pounds from 32 hills in my garden and they are still producing heavily. I have planted another 32 hills for a fall crop.

The Best Squash Plant
Reviewed By: Sabrina (Murrayville, Georgia)
This is a great compact high producing squash plant I've ever seen. It grows great in this Red Georgia Clay Soil. It doesn't take much room as most squash plants do, and it blooms like crazy. I will buy this seed again for next year's garden.
