![]() Alaska Hybrid Melon
Tops for Short-Season Areas
(3 customer reviews)Ideal for impatient gardeners! One of our earliest melons. Alaska Hybrid Cantaloupe are oval 4-pound fruits which turn creamy yellow and sugar sweet at maturity. Productive--wilt-resistant vines yield 4-5 netted fruits each. 65 DAYS. Give melon fertile soils and warm temps (use black plastic mulch to cool regions), and you’ll harvest plenty of large, luscious fruits. Product Details

I used most of them for smoothies. To eat a fresh cantaloupe, I'll stay with the Sweet'n Early. - Saturday, April 25, 2009repeat preformance Reviewed By: steve fagerness (sioux falls, sd) Another great year with the same melon you won't believe your eyes sweet juicey and a multitude of melons. If you want the best and earliest plant Alaska Hybrid. - Tuesday, April 01, 2008Best early ever Reviewed By: steve fagerness (sioux falls, sd) First time I planted them but will plant again this year as it produced many melon, over 20 off 2 plants, looked like something from the store and tasted even better. I could not find a better cantalope. Read More Reviews |
