(Booneville, Kentucky) My family loves to eat sweet corn. This variety is the best we have had. Love the Kandy Corn, but in our opinion, this is sweeter. Last year planted two rows in the garden. This year I have planted four rows. Will buy more for next year. - Monday, July 30, 2007Good value but....not as tasty as Reviewed By: Dean (Monkton, MD) Planted Gotta Have It, in my first planting followed by later plantings of Double Delicious. Got a better stand and yield with Double Delicious but not near the taste. I'm sure we will enjoy it over the coming weeks but next year I'm planting more "Gotta Have It". I think I might try one of the early short season varieties as well, just to get some sweet corn a little earlier. - Sunday, August 14, 2011Nice !! Reviewed By: Dan (Chelmsford, MA) Nice tight small kernals, sweet flavor and good germination. The texture threw me a bit, it's a tad chewier than I'm used to with sweet corn but it's a minor complaint. I'd grow it again. Read More Reviews |
