Cold Set Tomato
Reviewed By: Cusson (Manchester, NH)
These plants produced uniformly, nice and tasty, tennis ball sized fruits that was easy to grow. We were also amazed at how long these plants kept growing when all our other tomato varieties failed in our colder temperatures. The plants and fruits survived light frosts, without any cover. We harvested the green fruit the night before a killing frost moved in, hoping they would ripen on their own, but they didn't. We are trying a second season with this variety again. These plants love Miracle Gro fertilizer and direct sun light.

Poor Plants
Reviewed By: Richard Moore (Walled Lake, MI)
This was the saddest set of plants we have ever seen. They were small, and in need of water and just really looked pathetic.

Not good
Reviewed By: Wendy (Ortonville, MI)
These did not "early ripen" for me and I started with plants not seeds. They are finally ripening the same time as my "Delicious" tomatoes. Many of the fruits are sun-scalded due to the thin leaf cover. One of my cold set plants has started getting a fungus while my other varieties are fine. I didn't care for the taste overall either (I do love my "Sweet Baby girls" though!).
