Prolific yielder produces up to 100 pounds in colder regions. Bears sweet, emerald starbursts with a juicy texture and tiny seeds. Harvest in late September. Thrives anywhere but soggy soils. Bears in half the time of other kiwis. Self-pollinating, but even more productive with a second plant nearby. Potted. Zones 4-9.

plant is very small to be sold. but if you grow indoors until it gets bigger you will have a Kiwi Plant/Vine. Be carefull as my plant was eaten but a slug in 9 hours. Wait until it is bigger before planting!!

expectations of mailorder
Reviewed By: Chris Stormont (Royal Oak, MI)
These are great plants with superb fruit. Of course the plants are small...would you really want to pay to ship larger plants when the three inch plants grow quickly? Most plants ship better when small, so one should expect such when shopping online or by mail.

C'mon, Paul... Yeah, they're small. I ordered 3 and have yet to plant them. But, they're growing fast anyway! Great things come in little packages. NOT a ripoff!!
