Shiitake Mushrooms

I received my Shiitake Mushroom Kit on the evening of January 26,2009. Today is February 3 and the mushrooms are healthy and beautiful. The directions for growing the mushrooms were perfect. I will have a mushroom omelette tomorrow morning. I took several pictures. I will be happy to email pictures to your company.
