The Norway Maple does not support native wildlife. Please do not purchase or plant this tree!! A native species such as Red or Sugar Maple will support our wildlife. - Saturday, May 01, 2010Fast and Hardy Reviewed By: Ava Razcak (Buffalo, NY) We living a horribly cold and windy area where nothing seems to be able to survive. This tree which looked like a lifeless dowel when it arrived sprang to life and in less than 2 years is over 15 feet tall and is 4" thick in diameter. It is hardy and displays some pretty foliage in the fall! - Sunday, August 15, 2010Great Replacement Reviewed By: Mark (Parker, Colorado) Great Replacement for weak and unattractive native maples that can't tolorate Colorado winter snows and winds. Being a non-native species is a plus, not a negative. Read More Reviews |
