Alien Species
Reviewed By: Jeffrey Cook (State College, PA )
The Norway Maple is perhaps the best example of an invasive foreign species displacing our native North American trees. The Norway Maple does not support native wildlife. Please do not purchase or plant this tree!! A native species such as Red or Sugar Maple will support our wildlife.

Fast and Hardy
Reviewed By: Ava Razcak (Buffalo, NY)
We living a horribly cold and windy area where nothing seems to be able to survive. This tree which looked like a lifeless dowel when it arrived sprang to life and in less than 2 years is over 15 feet tall and is 4" thick in diameter. It is hardy and displays some pretty foliage in the fall!

Great Replacement
Reviewed By: Mark (Parker, Colorado)
Great Replacement for weak and unattractive native maples that can't tolorate Colorado winter snows and winds. Being a non-native species is a plus, not a negative.
