Being skeptical I planted it with great hope. The Vine has been in the ground for about a month . First some new foliage started to show about 2 weeks in. Then yesterday I noticed there are already 3 clusters that have started. I am very IMPRESSED. - Thursday, July 05, 2007Pleasantly Surprised Reviewed By: Scott (Cedar City, UT) I was skeptical when what looked like four dead sticks showed up in the mail, but have been pleasantly surprised as each one eventually produced leaves and started growing. They did not show signs of life all at the same time either. I think one took over a month before it showed any signs of life. I am pleased with the grape vines so far, and would caution people to be patient and not give up on their “sticks”. - Monday, March 17, 2008Be patient Reviewed By: Elizabeth (Cincinnati, Ohio) I too received what I thought were dead sticks. This was in the spring of 2007. I planted my sticks and waited. Not only did they bloom and grow, one actually produced a cluster of grapes! A friend tried one and now he has ordered 6 plants for his yard. EAsy to grow. I have mine where they get morning light and are shaded by 2 in the afternoon. water well. I am the 'black thumb' in my family and even I can get this to grow! Read More Reviews |
