I was amazed last year with the size of some of them. We harvested 45 pounds of potatoes. We had some that were almost the size of a dinner plate. I thought for sure they would be hollow, but they were like rest. Really good. Those big ones we used in stews. These are well worth the buy. - Monday, June 01, 2009no gold rush Reviewed By: harold (bradley, maine) not happy with goldrush seed potatoes a lot of them did not come up but my red pontiac seed potatoes from gurneys all came up and really doing well - Wednesday, November 12, 2008Great Potato Reviewed By: John Sisler (Wooster, Ohio) First time I ever planted potatoes. These definatly didn't disappoint. Used them in various ways; mashed, fried, baked, grilled. No disease problems whatsoever. Looking forward to ordering more for next year. |
