Reviewed By: em (Ferguson, Missouri) I was hugely disappointed when the packet arrived with the seeds mixed together. I had no idea what seed was for which plant. I have bought blends before from other companies, and the seeds were in tiny foil packets (labeled) within the paper seed pack. On the plus side, the germination rate was excellent. So much so that I might suggest a half-portion, for home gardens, be offered in the future. I am late getting fruit as some of the tomatoes are just now beginning to color (August 12), but if they taste as good as expected of heirlooms, all else will be forgiven.  -  Tuesday, August 25, 2009 great fun Reviewed By: Debbie (Lynchburg, VA) These are large vines but the tomatoes taste great. It was hard to wait the extra time for them, but was worth the wait. Next time I will plant an earlier variety also. Would like the varieties separated so I don't get so many green zebras. Nebraska wedding and White wonder are wonderful as are the Cherokee purple. I didn't get any brandywine in this packet. That is another reason for separate packets of the varieties. Note: of all the seeds I started, the ones that grew best were started in a damp paper towel for 5 days, then planted in a vermiculite and perlite mix...the Jiffy pots never germinated.
