Reviewed By: Wendy (Brookfield, IL) I also was a little disappointed when I initially received the plant (I was worried it might die), but boy-o-boy does it grow fast once it gets settled in! I couldn't wait to get it. Then yesterday when it came I opened it up and was disappointed! It was only about 6" high and not very many leaves and a few of the leaves were curled over and brown. So far for the price I cannot recommend it right now, but let's see how it does and I'll be back to hopefully give it more stars.  -  Monday, August 20, 2007 Love these bushes! I can reach the beautiful blooms on top to cut easily, they smell wonderful and have such a pretty delicate looking flower compared to the usual lilacs. They are quite dense for a good hedge substitute..
