They were very hardy and took over their "area" and a few others. But, produced very well! Most were good sized 15 - 25#, with the biggest weighing in at an impressive 48#! - Saturday, September 20, 2008Fun Pumpkin season Reviewed By: J. Combellack (Frankfort, NY) This pumpkin patch was a great family project. We planted 25 hills of pumpkins and picked 80 pumpkins. They will make great harvest decorations! - Sunday, April 06, 2008The Great Pumpkin! Reviewed By: David Cummings (Shelley, ID) I hadn't had much luck with pumpkins until I found these. Out of 3 plants I got about 15 large, beautiful pumpkins. Great for Jack-O-Lanterns and terriffic for pies. - Thursday, March 27, 2008THE BEST PUMPKINS Reviewed By: Elizabeth (North Grafton, MA) I have bought these seeds for the last 3 years in a row. They consistently produce big almost perfectly round pumpkins. The fruit is typically 15 to 20 pounds. They are the best ones I have found! - Monday, February 18, 2008Hybrid Pumpkin Reviewed By: Elizabeth (Buffalo, New York) Planted three of these seeds. This was my very first garden and lucky me, I got a total of three pumpkins. The dog got to one of them and killed it, but the other two turned out great! Beautiful blooms as well. Definately a safe bet! My pumpkins lasted forever too! One of them sat on my windowsill until mid-january after being plucked from the vine in late September. Excellent choice, good luck!! |
