Reviewed By: James (Brooksville, FL) Peppers start off green, then turn various colors when ripe... as far as I know, all peppers do this, as many vegetables do, however immature peppers can be used and are quite tasty in their green state. To get colors... just wait until they are mature! - Thursday, November 01, 2007I love these peppers Reviewed By: Kirk (Anderson, IN) Planted these kinda late (mid-June) and one didn't survive. But, the other five that did produced like nothing else till first frost (Oct 28) when I picked about 50 or so peppers. Seriously thinking about two sets next year! - Tuesday, April 01, 2008Most prolific Pepper Plants Reviewed By: Cathy (Front Royal,, VA) I have purchased many plants pepper plants over the years, but these sweet bell pepper out produced them ALL. - Thursday, February 08, 2007no colors here Reviewed By: Jerusha Lofland (Wichita, Kansas) For whatever reason, my plants only produced green peppers. One plant of the six didn't survive, but the others had good-tasting yields all summer long. Was looking forward to different colors, but the only one that turned red was a stunted one that shriveled while still small. Oh, well. Nice peppers anyway. - Tuesday, November 27, 2007Pecks and Pecks of Purple Peppers Reviewed By: Meredith (Rockville, IN) These peppers were great producers and all of my plants thrived throughout the season. However, I didn't get anything but purple peppers until October which was very disappointing. |
