Realizing how important it is to have the soil prepared..Where I had to plant these was like a rock. I was very concerned if they would live. To my surprise they done very well. Grew into strong trees. I did have 1 with thorns. These trees have grown well for the past 2 years and are strong and beautiful. I will add another to my yard this spring!  -  Saturday, April 28, 2007 Overpriced stick Reviewed By: Daniel (Tawas City , Michigan) Ordered the "4-5 ft" version for $50 each, received a stick barely 4 ft tall with absolutely no branches. Found the identical plant at Home Depot except it was 6-8 ft tall, well branched, with a 2" diameter trunk. Unfortunately my "sticks" will probably take 4-5 years to reach that height, not to mention be able to blossom.  -  Friday, May 25, 2007 Sucks Reviewed By: Matthew Traverso (Frederick, Maryland) The worst tree in the world because it is not hardy, snapped in half in the first storm. Awful tree. Definitely not a hard wood tree.
