Reviewed By: Margie Dixon (Janesville, WI) I bought a couple of plants this spring and yes they were small but after about 3 weeks they took off and started growing. They got to 2 feet tall without any "pampas" this year. I have to cover them really well where I'm living (southern most part of WI) and hope they make it through the winter.
