Reviewed By: Margie Dixon (Janesville, WI) I bought a couple of plants this spring and yes they were small but after about 3 weeks they took off and started growing. They got to 2 feet tall without any "pampas" this year. They do look healthy though, so I remain hopeful. This was my first experience with ordering plants for mail delivery, and I have to say I was disappointed. I ordered two bunches of the grass.
