Not Disease Resistent
Reviewed By: Randi (Santa Rosa, California)
Delicious? Yes. Prolific producer? Absolutely. Disease resistant? Not on your life. I have four plants in the same bed and this was the first to blight. In fact, the only other tomato to Blight was my San Francisco Fog and I am pretty sure it is because it was so close to the Celebrity. What a disappointment to see all these beautiful tomatoes dying on the branches, and I have not the heart to remove this five foot tall plant.

large meaty tomato
Reviewed By: Melody (Greenfield, IN)
This is my first year growing these, started them indoors in march the vines are about 4' tall and I pulled off a large tomato yesterday that weighed in at 1lb on my kitchen scale. Produces well and large fleshy tomatoes.

Best Canner
Reviewed By: Todd (Raymond, NE)
I planted a variety of tomatoes this year-from heirlooms to hybrids, and was most happy with Celebrity. It was the best for canning. They were uniform and easy to work with. I did not have a problem with them cracking like the heirlooms.
