Product review for Blue Girl Hybrid Tea Rose Overall Rating: ![]() Write an online review and share your thoughts with other customers Sort Reviews: Newest | Oldest | Highest Rating | Lowest Rating :: Viewing page 1 of 2 - Monday, March 19, 2007Fantastic Reviewed By: Trish (Pensacola, FL) This was the first rose I ever attempted and it was very rewarding. It bloomed many times the first season. It is only March in its second season and I have 8 buds ready to bloom!! The only reason I rated it a 4 is because the color is not as profoundly blue (more pale lavender)as it is in the picture, but it is still beautiful. - Sunday, September 09, 2007smells heavenly Reviewed By: dave (me, augusta) I remember the time I bought this from Gurney. I waited eagerly for the moment. I saw a beautiful rose in the garden. I picked it and wowww! It smells like heaven. I got 5 stems of roses first summer but this rose is my favorite. Though it looks light purple which is nicer than the picture. - Saturday, October 13, 2007Gorgeous! Reviewed By: Jacqueline (Pueblo, CO) I am absolutely in-love with my roses! I knew when I planted them that they would be a pretty color, but I got a big surprise when they blossomed. They turned out to be the most beautiful colored roses I have ever seen. Not only did they make a lovely addition to my garden, but they also smell heavenly. I plan to buy a few more. - Tuesday, January 29, 2008Blue Girl Rose Reviewed By: K. Newman (San Diego, CA) A robust rose with modest lavendar blooms. I admit that I purchased my plants at Home Depot for $4.95; but, the Gurney's price affords convenience for those not living near HD. - Thursday, May 15, 2008Purple Girl Reviewed By: Cowboy (San Antonio, Texas) It is a purple rose. Not blue at all like the picture. Other than that, it is beautiful. It is growing at an incredible rate. I only planted it a couple months ago and I've already had 5 blooms. |
