Reviewed By: Emma (Summerville, South Carolina) These are fabulous. I use dozens every spring to start my garden. I even use them for veggies that don't transplant well (beans, carrots, radishes). Because you just plant the peelet, you don't have to worry about root damage when transplanting.  -  Saturday, July 05, 2008 Don't Compost Reviewed By: Christie Aldrin (Pig Town, Texas) These pellets are great for starting plants, but they are not bioegradeable. I threw some in my compost three years ago And I am still picking them out of the composted dirt.
