Reviewed By: David Haney (Henderson, TX) These plants are easy to grow and really do attract butterflies!! I have planted them past, but this plant seems to be hard to find! - Sunday, August 17, 2008Beautiful and sturdy Reviewed By: Cheryl (Sister Bay, WI) We planted this spring. The plants are about 4 feet high with beautiful orange flowers. They blend in nicely with our bushes and lilies. - Monday, April 13, 2009My Favorite Plant in the Garden! Reviewed By: Wendy (Roaring Spring, PA) These are the last flower to poke it's little leaves up through the soil in the spring (sometimes, as late as May) Occasionally you might get lucky and get a new volunteer close by in the spring. I've transplanted them before they get the long root, and they do just fine. The best part is...keep your eye on them everyday in the late summer because, monarch butterflies love this plant. I have found oodles of caterpillars on the leaves. I give the caterpillars in jars away to the neighborhood kids and elementary teachers to let them watch as they turn to butterflies. - Tuesday, August 25, 2009multiply fast Reviewed By: pat (virginia beach, va) wow, I started with 2 plants last fall. today there are about a dozen spread around the garden!
