They adapted well to my soil and to the hot climate here (lately it gets well over 100 in the summer). I tried three 4 footers from Gurneys on sale for a total of $46 and was very pleased with what I received. They were indeed bursting with buds and are very healthy. They have already grown 6 inches since I planted them!
