I am getting ready to buy some more! They were about 3 feet. They are now over 6 feet and doing well. Great tree, just do as the instructions say and they grow well. They seemed iffy, but much to my surprise are doing very well. I recieved my poplar from HF they look excellent out of the package anywhere from 3-4 feet high. Mother Nature is not letting me plant them yet but when I do I will repost
