Best Overall Potatoe

On our organic farm in Vermont we grew over 20 varieties of potatoes, but this was the favorite of all of the staff. It is a beautiful yellow potato that tastes great and is good for all purposes. It out produced and outsold our trendy fingerling potatoes.
