Reviewed By: Elizabeth (Cheyenne, WY) This is a beautiful plant although the branches don't seem strong enough to support fruit. Loves the sunshine, and needs it to actually bloom. I had it in a window for a few months and it was blooming like crazy, but I moved it to a more central location in the house with indirect sunlight and it stopped blooming. Can't wait for summer when I can move it outside. It loves the miracle grow fertilizer for houseplants! - Saturday, February 06, 2010hopeful Reviewed By: Becky (Greenwich, NY) whe i got my plant it was a few inches high with lots of pretty green leaves. it grew pretty fast as i watered it plenty and put it outside for the summer. it had quite a few pretty pink flowers but the bees and hummingbirds ignored it (probly it was too small.) in fall i took it inside. now it's nearly warm enough to put it back outside. some of the leaves have been falling off and the top is tall... i hope sunshine will strengthen it again! - Saturday, January 23, 2010please with these plants Reviewed By: Gary (McElhattan, PA) I've had my two Pomegranate bushes for over two years now and they are around 5' high but not very bushy yet as pictured. I did have one that produced one Pomegranate last year which was a surprise being that they don't produce until their third or forth year and the branch that it was growing on was tiny. I've found 10-10-10 fertilizer works great on them and I'm gonna prun them back a little to about four foot. Around December/January the leaves will brown and fall off just like a regular tree. I'm also starting to get a lot of blooms now just like last year at this time, hopefully they'll give me some fruit this year. Read More Reviews |
