It was small when it arrived, but grew quickly despite our cool summer this year. Then I forgot to water it, and all its leaves dryed up and fell off. I was ready to pitch it, but didn't. Within a few weeks it grew new leaves, and now it even has flower buds on it. Wow! I would highly recommend this lemon from this company. - Thursday, June 18, 2009Finally got a good one Reviewed By: Sportsroad (charlotte, nc) It took about two months from ordering before I got the plant. The plant I got was tiny and not impressive at all! I sent an e-mail to Gurneys and they sent out a replacement pretty quickly. The replacement looked 100% better than the first plant, and was even flowering. I have gotten some great plants from these guys in the past, and since they redeemed themselves with this one, I will continue to do business with them in the future. - Thursday, April 30, 2009Lemon Tree Reviewed By: Chris (Layton, ut) I bought all of gurneys dwarf fruit trees and they are all doing amazing. They looked like death after receiving them in the mail, don't be discouraged just get them in a pot with good soil and lots of light and they will grow. My only real tip is don't underestimate the size of the roots! Pick a pot 2 to 3 times the size of the roots for best growth potential. Read More Reviews |
