Comments: Four hours or more of direct sunlight from a south window. Let plant approach dryness before watering. Average indoor humidity levels. Day temperature 65-70 degrees F; night temperature 50-55 degrees F. Use an acid-balanced fertilizer throughout the year and add trace elements in the spring. Leaves will drop if soil is too wet or too dry. High pH or high soluble salts can cause leaf yellowing. Will not bloom if light is too low. May need to hand pollinate for better fruit production. IF LEFT INDOORS OVER SUMMER, GOOD VENTILATION & HIGH HUMIDITY ARE CRUCIAL; SPRAY OVERHEAD W/ A MIST SPRAYER DAILY. LET PLANTS SURFACE DRY IN WINTER BEFORE WATERING---ABOUT EVERY 10 DAYS IS GOOD.

poor little tree

The plant arrived in poor condition. It was like a twig and the color was brown. Still trying to revive it.

I received my plant this spring and am attempting to nurture mine indoors. I have read the online instructions and one day when I am ready, will plant it outdoors. It is slow growing but appears to be healthy. I cannot wait until next year when the true nurturing will show its true colors.

Dwarf Lemon Tree
Reviewed By: Douglas Redding (Cleveland, Ohio)
The drawf Meyer's Lemon tree I bought last year bloomed while in the house this past early fall. I watered it but paid no more attention until I wanted to move it outdoors this spring. To my utter surprise I have a huge lemon at the end of one branch! I hadn't expected it to hold the fruits for another year or two. The branch is only about 8" long and is propped up for support. It's outside now and I am waiting for the colour change! I'm so impressed I ordered the citrus combination this year!
