I thought you had to special order fruit from California or Florida to get peaches this good!

In only the 2nd year I've seen much growth and they are loaded with peaches. I may have to remove some to take the weight off the tree limbs. All this after suffering some deer damage in the first year. A great tree for sure.

Very Disappointed

I planted this peach Fall '08. Spring '09 the 18" stem only sprouted out 6" up from ground but grew to 3.5' with lots of leaves and branches. Last Fall I packed about 12" of mulch around base and fenced for winter protection. This Spring I have 2 branches coming with leaves about a foot from the ground, the balance of the tree appears dead. I had 2 flowers but no appearance of fruit. This does not appear to be a hearty tree.
