Beans: Versatile and Productive

Bush Beans: Compact, easy-care crop

Beans are one of your best bets for yield and versatility. A 15 ft. row of pole beans will produce an abundant 12 pounds of beans over a 6 to 8 week period. Grow green snap, wax and lima beans for fresh eating, freezing and canning. These beans grow fast and upright; a practical and productive accent to your vegetable garden. Shell beans are tasty and nutritious and can be served either fresh or dried. Beans are good sources of fiber and vitamin C.
