Not the same plant

I bought one of these three years ago - the plant barely came up for the last two years - this spring, it exploded and is now about 2-3 feet high and around - BUT, the flowers are these tiny, insignificant white-petaled things - not the Sea Holly I expected.

These have spread and come back every year. They are one of my favorites because of the attractive color and folliage.

Like two other people who've reviewed this product, I planted several and nothing grew. Very disappointed because I really liked the look of them in the picture.
