This is a heavy weight Stainless Still pot, lid and rack. All I did was follow the directions. Simply trim the dry part off and cut to fit pot. Then put the stalks down and tips up. Fill just about 2 -3 inches and it boils the tougher stems and steams the tops perfectly every time. Do not over cook! I top with season salt, lemon pepper, lemon juice, or any sauce I care to use. They all are wonderful and fast!
